One thing we say over and over again is that a house is not a home until you love where you live.
While sometimes that means creating drool-worthy backyards or master bathrooms that are better than any spa, it can also be focused on more functional aspects of life.
In this project, for example — the focus was on the pragmatic aspects of the home. A garage addition to add more storage and keep our client from having to wash his car weekly. A stunning mud room with lots of natural light so you don’t feel like you’re crammed in the corner while folding laundry. And yes — of course we upgraded the bathroom too.
