So, how does it work?

It’s actually surprisingly simple.

1. You get prequalified based on your property location, home equity and mortgage payment history.

2. You find an architect or designer that works with Ygrene and all improvements must fall under the PACE guidelines.

3. Let the home renovations begin. Once the project is completed you now have an energy-efficient, hurricane-resistant home.

4. Repay the financing through property taxes.
