Our client recognized the potential in this 1940’s house, and offered us the opportunity to change everything except the master bath. Our design team opened the tiny kitchen and improved the flow through the living and dining rooms by removing walls, and created a focal point with a new kitchen island. All floors were laid with oversize rectified porcelain slabs, and the guest bath was clad with wood-grain tile planks on the walls. When the client moved in and hung her artwork, the look was complete.
