In Real Estate, they say it’s all about location.

And that’s true.

At the same time, many people think that they have to make sacrifices to get the best location.

That’s not true.

With good design, you can maximize space and make a smaller home feel twice as large. And that’s precisely what we did with this project in the Gables.

Just two blocks from Miracle Mile and on a 5,000 square foot lot, this older home (initial construction was in the 50’s) felt as if there was no room to grow.

So we used some ingenuity to turn a cramped older kitchen into a full-sized modern chef’s masterpiece, adding storage space as well as a double oven + wine fridge along

We tailored the pool deck to be an extension of the living room, and — our favorite part — we took the flat part of the roof and built it into the perfect outdoor living space, views of downtown Gables and all.
